Bottlecap Properties buys houses in the Tulsa area that need work, renovates them properly, and puts them back to use.
What we do
We buy the house, we do the work, and we answer for it.
We’re a small company. The people who look at your house are the same people who decide on the offer and run the renovation.
Most of the houses we buy need real work: roofs, foundations, systems, or years of updates nobody got around to. That’s the kind of house we’re set up for.
We don’t sell courses or coaching. We buy and renovate houses, and that’s the whole business.

If we’re interested, you get a written offer with the terms spelled out. If we’re not, we say so and tell you why.
